To achieve this, we partner with multiple upstream CDN providers who supply us with the necessary infrastructure and resources to operate our CDN services.

Please note that while we do our best to keep our costs low, we are required to pay our upstream providers for their services. As a result, we cannot offer refunds for any payments made to our service, as a portion of these payments are used to cover the costs of our upstream providers.

We believe that our partnership with these upstream providers is essential to deliver reliable and efficient CDN services to our customers. We continuously monitor our services to ensure that we are providing the best possible service at all times.

If you still believe that you are eligible for a refund, please contact us through support@flyingcdn.com with your request, and we will look into it on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests that we deem to be invalid or fraudulent.
